Step-by-step guides to get the most out of AssureConcept
Creating Your First Client
- Click Clients in the navigation bar
- Click the Add Client button
- Enter the client's name, date of birth, and province of residence
- Add contact information (email, phone)
- Set financial basics: annual income and risk tolerance
- Click Save — your client is now available across all modules
Running a Financial Calculation
- Select a client using the client selector in the navigation bar
- Navigate to the desired module (e.g., Retirement Analysis, Tax Calculator)
- The module will load with the selected client's existing data
- Fill in or adjust the calculation parameters
- Click Calculate to see the results
- Review the results and optionally generate a report
Generating a Professional Report
- Ensure your Professional Profile is set up (logo, designations, brand colors)
- Select a client and navigate to the module with the data you want to report
- Click the Generate Report button
- Review the report preview showing what data will be included
- Click Generate PDF to create the report
- Find your report in the Reports section for download
Using AI Insights
- Select a client with financial data already entered
- Navigate to any module and look for the AI Insights link
- The AI will analyze the client's data and stream recommendations in real-time
- Review the insights — they are specific to the client's financial situation
- Use Finn AI Agent for open-ended questions about a client's finances
- AI insights can also be included in generated reports
Processing Financial Documents
- Go to Document Processor and click Upload Document
- Select the client and choose the document type (bank statement, tax return, etc.)
- Upload the file — PDF, image, or spreadsheet formats are supported
- The AI extracts key data automatically (income, balances, transactions)
- Review the extracted data and correct any fields if needed
- Click Integrate to save the data to the client's profile
Setting Up Your Professional Profile
- Click your name in the top-right corner, then Professional Profile
- Enter your professional title and designations (CFP, CLU, ChFC)
- Add your business contact information and license number
- Upload your company logo and set brand colors
- Write a professional bio for the reports
- Set your preferred language and timezone under Settings
