Getting Started

AssureConcept is a comprehensive financial planning platform for Canadian professionals. From the main dashboard, you can access all modules: Client Management, Estate Planning, Retirement Planning, Tax Calculator, Portfolio Analysis, Budget Optimizer, Loan Planner, Mortgage Optimizer, Insurance Planning, and Document Processor. Each module is accessible via the navigation bar or the dashboard cards.

Go to Clients in the navigation menu and click 'Add Client'. Enter the client's personal information (name, date of birth, province), contact details, and financial basics (income, risk tolerance). Once created, you can select this client from any module to run calculations and generate reports specific to their situation.

The top navigation bar provides quick access to all modules. Use the client selector to switch between clients — once selected, all calculations and reports will use that client's data. Breadcrumbs at the top of each page help you track your location. The dashboard shows your recent activity and key metrics at a glance.

Click your username in the top-right corner and select 'Professional Profile'. Here you can set your professional title, designations (CFP, CLU, etc.), business contact details, company logo, and branding colors. This information appears on generated reports. Set your preferred language (English/French) and timezone under Settings.

Client Management

Each client profile stores personal information, financial data, and linked records from all modules. From the client detail page, you can view estate plans, retirement accounts, insurance policies, and a unified financial summary. Use the Edit button to update any client information. The client dashboard provides a visual overview of their complete financial picture.

Use the Document Processor to import financial documents (bank statements, tax returns, investment statements). The AI-powered extraction engine reads the document, identifies key data, and proposes integration into the client's profile. You can review and approve each field before it's saved. Export client data via the Reports module in PDF format.

Add notes to any client from their detail page using the 'Add Note' button. Notes can be marked as private (visible only to you) or shared with other team members. Each note is timestamped and attributed to its author. The client detail page also shows a timeline of recent activity including profile updates and plan creation dates.

Sensitive client data such as Social Insurance Numbers (SIN) is encrypted at rest. Client notes support private mode — private notes are only visible to the user who created them. All client data is isolated per advisor account. Organization-level features allow data sharing within teams while maintaining proper access controls.

Financial Planning

The Estate Planning module tracks assets, liabilities, beneficiaries, and tax implications. Create estate plans to calculate net estate value, probate fees by province, and final tax liability. Add assets (RRSP, TFSA, real estate, investments) and liabilities (mortgages, loans) to build a comprehensive estate picture. Generate professional estate planning reports for clients.

Create retirement plans with RRSP, TFSA, and non-registered accounts. Set contribution amounts, expected returns, and retirement age. The calculator projects future balances considering inflation, CPP/OAS benefits, and employer pensions. Use the RRSP/TFSA optimization tool to find the ideal contribution split based on your client's tax bracket and retirement timeline.

The Tax Calculator supports all Canadian provinces and territories with current federal and provincial rates. Enter income sources, deductions, and credits to calculate total tax payable. Use the tax comparison feature to compare scenarios side by side. The multi-year planning wizard projects tax liability over several years to help plan income splitting and RRSP contributions strategically.

Track investment portfolios with holdings, allocations, and performance metrics. The portfolio module calculates total return, Sharpe ratio, volatility, and maximum drawdown. Use the AI-powered asset comparison tool to analyze multiple securities side by side. Market intelligence features provide sector analysis and investment signals for Canadian and global markets.

Reports & Documents

Generate professional PDF reports from any module. Select a client, choose the report type (estate summary, retirement projection, tax analysis, insurance needs), and click Generate. Reports include your company branding, professional bio, and custom footer text. All generated reports are saved in the Reports section for later access.

Reports use your professional profile settings for branding. Set your primary and secondary brand colors, upload your company logo, and add a custom footer message in your Professional Profile. These settings are automatically applied to all generated reports, giving them a consistent, professional appearance tailored to your practice.

Reports are generated as PDF files that can be downloaded, printed, or shared with clients. The reports list page shows all your generated reports with filters by date and type. Each report can be regenerated with updated data. Document Processor extracted data can be exported and integrated directly into client profiles.

Customize your report branding from the Professional Profile page. Upload a company logo (recommended: 400x200px PNG), set primary and secondary brand colors using hex codes, write a professional bio for the advisor section, and define custom footer text. Toggle 'Include Bio in Reports' and 'Use Company Branding' to control what appears.

AI Features

Each module offers AI-powered insights specific to the selected client. In Retirement Planning, AI analyzes the gap between current savings and retirement goals. In Budget Optimizer, it identifies spending patterns and suggests optimizations. The AI Insights pages in each module provide streaming analysis based on real client data and current market conditions.

The platform assesses risk across multiple dimensions. Portfolio stress testing simulates market downturns to evaluate resilience. The cash flow analyzer identifies liquidity warnings and negative months. Insurance needs analysis calculates coverage gaps based on the client's dependents, debts, and income. Risk assessment results are included in generated reports.

The Portfolio Analysis module includes market intelligence features. The AI asset comparison tool analyzes securities using financial metrics (P/E ratio, dividend yield, market cap) and generates buy/hold/sell signals. Sector rotation analysis identifies trending and declining sectors. All analysis uses real-time data from Canadian and global markets.

The Predictive Cash Flow module forecasts 12-month cash flow using historical patterns and AI models. It provides confidence intervals, optimistic and pessimistic scenarios, and stress test simulations. The model identifies cash flow drivers (income sources, recurring expenses) and highlights optimization opportunities with estimated savings potential.
